How would you describe your worship services?
Our worship experience can be hard to predict…sometimes it’s dynamic and energetic, sometimes it’s quiet and reverent…sometimes the room is filled with songs of worship and praise, other times there is a thought-provoking drama or spoken word. EVERY SUNDAY we are transformed by a powerful sermon that challenges us to reach more people for Christ. Of course, we could tell you anything—you will have to experience it for yourself! Join us every Sunday at 12noon at 8801 Woodward Avenue (corner of Woodward and Gladstone) in Detroit, Michigan. Services are casual and you can come as you are. 

What about midweek services?
Thursdays we come together as a community for prayer at 6:30pm and bible study at 7:30pm, where we dig deep into God’s word for truth. Often through verse-by-verse, chapter-by-chapter bible teaching. Child care is also available for babies and smaller children.

Do you have activities for children?
Providing a safe, nurturing environment for children is one of our highest priorities at Citadel. Fort Faith is a place where children ages birth through 6th grade can have fun and engage in creative activities that allow them to worship, experience community with children of all backgrounds, and learn the bible as they grow in their relationship with God. What do you offer for teenagers?
As a Youth Pastor in inner-city Chicago for more than 19 years, Pastor Carey is passionate about seeing youth become fully-devoted followers of Christ. Citadel Warriors is a ministry that develops youth to be soldiers for Christ. Our team offers an opportunity for teenagers aged 13-19 to connect with other students, experience God in community, and learn how to use their gifts and talents to serve God in ministry. The ministry meets every 2nd and 4th Sunday at Citadel.
